Welcome to my home page.
I have been a faculty member at NGCSU since 1994. I currently teach Criminal Law, Evidence, Civil Liberties, Judicial Processes, Law & Society, and Native American Law.
I received my B.S. in History from Troy State College, my J.D. from the University of Alabama, my LL.M. from Emory University, and my Ph.D. from Georgia State University. I practiced law in a private firm and two legal services offices, and worked as an attorney in two federal agencies. I also taught law courses at the University of Alaska Anchorage and at Georgia Southern University.
My wife Susan and I have three terrific kids, Mickey, Anney, and Bobbey, and a wonderful old dog, Dizzey. I enjoy playing tennis with my colleagues, watching old movies with Susan, and reading.
Please drop by to see me if I can help you in any way.
