It also has resources for reference, periodicals, and technology.

- This site is geared for teachers and student teachers, but I think it
has a lot of good information for students, too. It is avery good
collection of tutorials for software applications, web development, and
general technology.

Create a free skype account and call other skype contacts for
free. Free skype video conferencing too.

- Mozilla's browers suite that provides a free basic web editor for
creating web pages.
