- CALL the StatsPortal help line at 1-800-936-6899. They are open until
3:00 a.m. on weeknights.
- Send an e-mail to techsupport@bfwpub.com
about the problem you are having.
Please 'CC' the e-mail to your instructor.
Also 'CC' your e-mail to kgervais@bfwpub.com
(he is the manager of technical support).
- This will ensure that they know about all outstanding issues we are having,
so these can be corrected.
